CMA Recruitment Group are exclusively supporting our Weymouth, Dorset based client, who are currently requiring a Management Accountant to support their finance team on a permanent basis.This is a great opportunity for a management accountant that is wanting longer term progression and development plan to work closely with the Head of Finance, who will provide clear guidance and mentoring. Alongside producing the management accounts, due to business growth and implementation of a new ERP system, this will be a great opportunity to support in streaming and implementing new systems. Our client offers flexible working with an opportunity of hybrid working and free onsite parking.What will the role involve?
  • Support the Head of Finance in month-end management accounts;
  • Provide reports and analysis;
  • Support in the implementation of ERP system;
  • Supporting in budgeting and forecasting;
  • Preparation of year-end accounts;
  • Provide support and training to be the go to person for ERP system queries;
  • VAT reconciliations;
  • Ad hoc duties.
Suitable Candidate
  • As Management Accountant you will be ideally AAT qualified and embarking on further studies such as CIMA/ACA/ACCA, or a candidate who is qualified by experience;
  • Experience supporting in management accounts;
  • Previously experience of supporting in implementation and process improvement;
  • Confident Excel user;
  • Can do Proactive attitude.
