EMS LTD is a successful property maintenance company serving Hull and the East Riding. We’ve undergone rapid growth recently and are looking to expand further with quality staff. We offer the full range of building and facilities management from cleaning to first and second fix and ongoing maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled maintenance person to join a growing business working on a variety of properties helping to improve the standard of accommodation our customers provide to their tenants.

You will need to have your own tools and transport although use of company tools and vehicles may be available as required in the future. You will also need a good all round approach to property maintenance being able to handle diverse tasks from painting and decorating to kitchen and bathroom installation. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong trade background with any relevant qualifications. This position is available on an employed or self-employed basis and has the opportunity for significant overtime.
