The Oyster Partnership

London has Secret Doors…

We have all seen them, but wouldn’t it be great to see what was behind them?

A roof top terrace? A fine dining area? Maybe even a library or office space? and surely it goes without saying that there should be a bar?

Well, this place has it all.

Now, imagine that this is your workplace…

As Maintenance manager you will be responsible for the portfolio of clubs, but also their impressive office spaces, all in prime Central London locations.

You will split your time between the 6 sites, making sure each location is up to spec. You can’t be afraid to get stuck in, as this won’t be your ‘run of the mill’ desk job, you’ll have to be ‘hands on’ and ready for anything.

However, you won’t be alone, with several Maintenance Supervisors & Gardeners on the team you’ll have plenty of support from those around you. You will also have the Contracts and Construction manager on hand for any bigger projects that may arise.

The Primary focus for this role is the hard services, anything maintenance will come to you and due to this any trades experience will be useful here. But you will also be working with the Building Managers to make sure the soft services are covered.

This is an exciting time to join the company as they are in a large growth stage. And as cliché as it sounds you will be extremely autonomous in the role and therefore can really make it your own. Who knows, this time next year you may be recruiting your own team...

If you’re an FM and want more from your role, get in touch below and we can discuss. Don’t worry if your CV is not completely up to date either, look me up on LinkedIn (Bekah Pauley) or call me and we can go from there.
