Are you looking for an exciting new challenge!?Well we have a wonderful opportunity to work for a large brand within the hospitality sector in the very heart of the city of Lincoln. Job Interview: Working closely with the Property Manager, this role will hold a key role within the business taking joint responsibility with the Property Manager for driving the hotel to maintain excellent standards in line with the hotel’s 4* rating. Whilst ensuring the guest experience is always to a high standard.Responsibilities: - Upkeep water hygiene management and associated monitoring and recording of such activity
  • Upkeep of the kitchen asset equipment and hotels structure services & FF&E
  • Upkeep of daily recorded checks of the asset, including bedroom checks
  • Recording and monitoring of hotel utilities
  • Upkeep and review of the hotel’s facilities such as the Fitness Centre
  • Ambassador for the hotel’s energy saving initiatives
  • Review and implementation of risk assessments, policies and procedures in relation to maintenance and the asset, in line with Compliance Centre
  • Ambassador of fire life safety ensuring the corrects controls and procedures are in line. Hands on support for testing alarms etc. And a trained fire marshal
  • New team member coaching/training
  • Ensuring the hotel, yourself and the team are always in compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
  • Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards in conjunction with Compliance Centre, recording inspections, solutions and resolvents
  • Act fast to resolve emergency issues (e.g. mechanical breakdown & power outages)
