Maintenance Administrator - Middlewich - Full-time & Permanent Role

Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (1 hour lunch)

Salary: £27,000 PA (depending on experience)

Silver Arrow requires a Maintenance Administrator to work for a prestigious & niche transport company based in Middlewich.

Your Role

  • Specific responsibility for dealing with booking jobs onto the system and updating accordingly
  • Specific responsibility for raising purchase order numbers
  • Specific responsibility for chasing paperwork from service providers
  • Specific responsibility for signing off invoices
  • Liaising with third-party service providers/garages and in-house mechanics
  • Responsible for providing administrative support to the vehicle maintenance department

What We Need From You

  • Previous experience in a maintenance department would be beneficial
  • An eye for detail and a structured approach to all tasks
  • Strong communication and IT skills
  • Highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
