We are looking for a General Turning Operative with vast experience to join one of our clients based in Bolton.

This is a role where everyday is different.

Machines:

They have a range of Colchester Lathes with digital readouts. We also have a full range of Milling Machines , vertical and horizontal, Bridgeport’s, Cincinnati’s etc together with 6 CNC machines.

The Role:

  • Will require a full knowledge and ability to use all measuring equipment and used to holding tight tolerances.
  • Will also be required to alter and make their own drawings from templates.

Starting rate £ 14.00 hr. Scope for increases as experience grows.

This opportunity has arisen due to a colleague with 50 years of service taking retirement. Our client want someone to join them and stay! You will join a team of enthusiastic engineers working for a firm that was set up prior to 1870! They manufacture our own range of products, exclusively and currently sell to approximately 30 countries world wide.
