Due to increased demand for our medical devices, we now have some exciting new opportunities available within our production team. We are looking for driven and hardworking Machine Operators to join us on a permanent basis to learn new skills, get stuck in and grow with the company long-term. Full training is provided.

Location: Stonehouse, Gloucestershire

£9.90 per hour

Starting on day shifts (Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-2pm) with AM/PM shift rotation required in future

What you’ll be doing? *Full training is provided!
  • Operating plastic extrusion equipment including collecting, bagging and measuring tubing.
  • Operating injection moulding machines and producing plastic components (this is not heavy duty work!)
  • Providing support to our technicians with daily production duties
  • Starting/stopping injection moulding machines and refilling material hoppers
  • Manual assembly using light process equipment and some very small components.
  • Working within a highly regulated cleanroom environment (i.e no make-up, jewellery), wearing full cleanroom garments with hoods
What we’re looking for?
  • Quick learners with a keen eye for detail
  • Good dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You must be physically fit with a good standard of hygiene
  • You have a positive attitude and not be afraid of hard-work to help the team
  • Ideally, you will have worked in a hands-on, manufacturing environment before but this is not essential
