We are working exclusively with a very high end bespoke travel agent based in an affluent area in the Midlands. Due to remarkable growth now seeking a Luxury Travel Manager to join its friendly team.

This luxury travel company offers a range of elite European and worldwide luxury tailormade travel, package holidays, concierge services and events to the discerning clientele.

This role is ideal for a travel manager from a travel background from a travel agent or tour operator seeking something a little different in which career progression is on offer.

This well-established elite tour operator offers tailormade and package travel throughout Europe, The Caribbean, Asia, Indian Ocean, Australia & South Pacific, USA, The Middle East, Africa the list is endless! Each day will not be the same, duties include:

• Managing and motivating a team of travel sales consultants
• Product training
• Offering a cutting edge customer service
• Building relationships with customers
• Participating in exciting and inspirational FAM trips to increase product knowledge
• Responsible for the delivery and service for all aspects of the reservations process for clients travelling
• Holiday planning, educational / familiarisation trips and staff travel
• Team meetings and 1:1 meetings
• Manage promotions
• Enhance team’s product knowledge and ability to work effectively
• Arrange product training as well as relevant information and training for all ancillary products.

Requirements:

• Experience within a luxury tour operator or travel agency is essential as a manager
• Good knowledge of some worldwide destinations.
• Ideally customer contacts.
• An experienced manager looking to progress their travel career and grow within the company long term.
• Strong work ethic with impeccable customer service skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
