Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment
- Create and implement effective strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Train and supervise bar staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage offerings
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner

Skills:
- Strong bartending skills with knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Passion for hospitality industry and commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience

Pay: From £15.00 per hour
