Location :You will be based in the Poole Training Centre with occasional travel to deliver training, complete interviews and assist with meetings and events.

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8-4pm

Trainers must be prepared to be flexible to the needs of the business.

The Role:We are looking for a motivated and passionate candidate with exceptional organisation skills and the ability to continuously develop employer engagement, activities and opportunities for learners. You will be responsible for developing, organising and applying quality training to enable learners to achieve sign offs on our in-house Spa treatments as well as VTCT Level 3 Massage qualification and the Award in Education and Training.


R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S A N D D U T I E S


  • Delivering training for The Award in Education and training on-line and in person
  • Delivering training covering all aspects of the Level 3 Massage qualification, to include Anatomy and physiology, Health and safety, Client care and communication, and providing Massage treatments.
  • On-line and face-face training experience ( preferred)
  • Developing VTCT training course plans, schedules and material, delivering training with the vision for Lush learning.
  • Completing VTCT assessments to the highest of standards and ensuring all paperwork is kept up to date. If Assessor qualification is held.
  • Involved with the recruitment process for the in-house VTCT massage qualification
  • Delivering training of the In-house Lush spa treatments
  • Ensuring high standards are maintained throughout training and therapists adhere to this, following correct set routines and techniques.
  • Overseeing the booking, arrival and managing the training clients
  • Making sure you oversee and adhere to all procedures communicated to you and keep the Spa a safe and clean environment to work in.
  • Working with your team to create a positive and vibrant atmosphere.

S K I L L S A N D E X P E R I E N C E


  • Award in Education and Training Qualification or equivalent (preferred)
  • Recognised Assessor Award: D32/D33 ,or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience of delivering VTCT qualifications (preferred)
  • Level 3 Qualification in Beauty therapies /Massage
  • Experience of working in Salon/Spa
  • Experience in delivering Lush Spa Treatments (Advantage)
  • Solutions focussed

  • Adaptable and able to juggle a variety of tasks all at the same time
  • Someone who can easily build relationships at all levels

  • Competent in communication and able to deliver feedback
