We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as aLubrication Technician, joining us on a full time, permanent basis. In return you will receive in return a highly competitive salary.

The Role:

A Lubrication Technician’s main task is to carry out the continuous lubrication of our customer assets and to make sure the correct lubricants are present and stored in the correct manner at all their sites. All this must of course be based on the principle of Best Practices. In order to apply these Best Practices properly, all our Lubrication Technicians receive an extensive internal training program. This training program includes on-the-job training and classroom training.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the delivery and completion of lubrication routine maintenance on client sites.
  • Responsible for the improvement of your asset areas, ensuring regular and efficient site lubrication audits are carried out.
  • Obtaining oil samples for analysis.
  • Stock Checking and Ordering
  • Oil changes and greasing requirements, passing on any improvement proposals to the Project Manager

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence
  • Must have experience in / demonstrate the use of: MS Word, Excel, Outlook/or similar for the input and extraction of data and information
  • Ability to work alone and is selfmotivated.
  • Basic engineering experience including use of hand/lubrication tools
  • Experience with working on and around industrial equipment (Desireable)
  • Experience in lubricant handling and application (Desireable)
  • Experience of completing oil changes on a variety of industrial equipment (Desireable)
  • Effective oral and written communication skills essential
  • Interpersonal skills: ability to deal effectively with customers and colleagues in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrate accurate reporting skills
  • Health and Safety conscious
