About The Role

The Logistics Operative plays a pivotal part in this, being the centre of the business, providing a great experience for building users at every touchpoint in their service journey.

As the Logistics Operative, you will oversee the Mailroom and Goods Receiving service is operating within the Facilities team. Ensuring all goods and porterage services are delivered in a professional and effective manner. You will record all delivery’s and arrange distribution across the site, completing job requests and assisting with waste management.

This is an exciting opportunity that will allow you to demonstrate your ability to multitask and coordinate various duties, whilst focusing on providing the customer an experience they will never forget!

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the planning and organising of movement of goods and furniture in accordance with churn requirements
  • Assist in the planning and set up for site events
  • Operate and ensure safe use of mail room and porterage equipment
  • Provide general day to day movement of items around site as requested
Professional And Personal Competencies/qualifications
  • Good IT and Microsoft excel skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and commitment to the ongoing success of the business
  • Good organisational skills
  • A high level of verbal and written communication skills
