The Ooni Pizza Ovens team is expanding and we are looking for a smart, hard-working individual to join our team in Broxburn (remote for now) as an Operations Process and Systems Champion. We need a driven individual with experience in logistics operations analytics and system development along with a passion for precision to work with our Operations team.

The job:

• Analyse processes and performance data to drive continuous improvement within the business
• Working in the Operations team enabling implementation and support of main business ERP and supporting applications in a production and warehousing context
• Working with 3rd party and internal development and project teams to develop and implement applications
• Establish and manage a robust set of detailed performance analysis reports
• Enabling company to react to operational business change and challenges in a coordinated and efficient manner

• Have the ability to work independently and manage workload
• Have excellent communication and people skills
• Have the ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships

Desirable Experience with:

• B2B customer order fulfilment
• All forms of freight and logistics
• Retail or e-commerce experience
• Software development and support
• IT skills (database management)
