Simply Interview are currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator on a temp to perm contract within the Oswestry area. This role would be working 08.30 - 18.00, Monday to Friday.

This role would be a key link between the Logistics, Warehouse, and Service & Prep operations ensuring all new jobs leaving the warehouse are loaded correctly, safely and efficiently. The individual will act as a last line of defence to ensure that all prep stages of a job have been completed prior to loading.

Other duties include the following:
● Assist with planning, managing, coordinating, booking and evaluating logistics operations across a range of external projects liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, crew, transportation companies and customers
● Work within and help to create and implement best practice logistics and crewing principles, policies and processes across the business to improve operational and financial performance
● Manage in-house vehicles, ensuring maintenance, checks and logs are kept up to date
● Working with platforms such as Team Track and Current RMS to manage the aspects of the job.
● Be on hand to answer questions that project and/or production managers might have around booking in crew and transport
