You are someone who enjoys dealing with a wide range of people in-person from colleagues, clinical professionals, patients and their family or friends.


Day to Day you will be involved in the following facilities and logistics duties;


  • Liaising with the patient bookings team and organising patient transport routes.
  • Collect & drop off patients at set locations
  • Checking the vehicles for faults or issues and documenting them accordingly.
  • Basic vehicle maintenance, cleaning & replenishing fuels & fluids.
  • Pre-calling patients to introduce yourself & confirm collection.
  • Corresponding, updating & logging journeys using Microsoft IT applications like Email Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Observing risks or faults which may be occurring both on and off site and reporting these findings to the relevant individuals.
  • Receiving Stock or deliveries on site.
  • Relocate or receive new equipment, sometimes installing items into desired locations.
