We are currently recruiting for an Logistics Coordinator for a well established company in the Blackwood area.

This position is days regular. (Mon-Thurs: 8am-4:30pm & Fri: 8am-15:30pm)

Experience
  • Liaise directly with customers regarding their purchase orders and required production/ delivery dates.
  • Liaising closely with procurement and planning
  • Liaise with the Warehouse Operatives ensuring that delivery / collection notes are correct.
  • Arranging and completing stock transfers between sites including any relevant paperwork to support this transaction.
  • Liaise with Accounts to ensure efficient operation of dispatch.
Essential Skills
  • Previous experience within a similar role or within Supply Chain is essential.
  • Fully proficient user of Microsoft Office particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Degree Post graduate preferable but not essential
  • Ideally with CIPS or other Supply Chain qualification
  • Excellent knowledge and advocate user of SAGE (both SAGE 50 & SAGE 200).
  • Food Safety - Level 2 desirable but not essential
