(Take a look at our training page on Nexus- Training & Events | Dorset NexusCollating course nominations which are received via telephone, emails and e-forms.Using our applications systems to set up course events, enter course attendees once nominations are received and shortlisted, send out joining instructions and record course attendance, which then provides comprehensive data on customers training qualifications.Monitoring and maintaining our virtual learning platforms to ensure the information is up to date and accurate.Providing attendee information to training providers.Occasional attendance at local training venues to support training and events.Producing and sending evaluations and impact assessments.Raising invoices for external customer recharges and paying invoices.About YouYou will be someone who enjoys working in a busy role whilst being part of a supportive team. You will be confident when communicating with others, have good digital skills, with a high attention to detail and organisational skills.
