Job Description

The locum Debt Recovery Solicitor will need to:
  • Provide debt recovery advise to a wide range of clients including building, advertising, media and financial services
  • Handle a diverse and varied caseload of high-value debt recoveries on behalf of high-profile clients
  • Provide a comprehensive debt recovery service with minimal supervision
The Successful Applicant

The ideal locum Debt Recovery Solicitor must be available immediadiatly.

The ideal candidate will also need to be:
  • 2-5 years’ PQE in Debt Recovery Law
  • Communte to Maidenhead
  • Have strong drafting, written and oral communication skills
  • Strong working understanding of the Civil Procedure rules
  • Have a very good understanding of Debt Recovery Law
  • Be able to work with with minimal supervision
