KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Leading all reporting relevant strategy, projects and developments for the business
  • Develop, maintain and enhance client reporting outcomes
  • Development of enhanced reporting tools in coordination with local and global teams
  • Oversight of data collection, integrity and storage process
  • Collecting, analysing and synthesizing large amounts of diverse information, typically also dealing with deadlines.
  • Operational oversight of Internal and external reporting processes and requirements
  • Quality Control of quarterly client loan performance report
  • Supporting the operations team in the collection, cleansing and quality review of detailed quantitative and qualitative information from/to client
  • Identifying project requirements through staff and customer interviews
  • Developing and analysing solutions to problems, and communicating these solutions through charts and diagrams
  • Writing documentation and providing support for staff and customer reference.
  • Maintaining system integrity and security by researching and resolving problems.
  • Establishing and enforcing organization standards to maintain quality service.
  • Assists with special projects as assigned.
  • Previous exposure to real estate finance is desirable;
  • Highly IT literate, particularly in MS Excel, with an aptitude to use and write macros;
  • Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met;
  • A team player who is self-motivated and can work on simultaneous projects;
