We are looking for Local Experienced Live-In CAREGivers who are kind and compassionate professionals who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Altrincham.

Job Description

As a Live In CAREGiver, you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of non-medical services that enhance the quality of their life while maintaining their independence in their own home.To also help your client and their family to meet the challenges of ageing with dignity, pride, care and compassion.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide live in care, usually working alone
  • Contribute to a positive living environment to enhance a client’s quality of life
  • As you will be staying in the client’s home, you will follow their house rules and be mindful of their need for privacy
  • You may be the only person the client sees over a period of time, it is therefore essential to document daily activities and report any changes or causes for concern in a client’s needs or living conditions
  • You need to be clear about when to seek help and advice to keep clients safe and promote their well-being
  • Maintain regular communication with line manager and office staff

Additional Information

As a Live In Care CAREGiver, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi.

In addition, we offer full care certificate training, support, and a genuine career pathway to help you fulfil your potential as a CAREGiver.

As a “Key Worker” you will be able to support the community during difficult times. In lines with the “Social Distancing” measures suggested by the Government, we can offer Video Interviews and blended e-Learning Induction Training sessions. We will also ensure that you have access to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for use at work.
