Ross and Richardson is a growing family run life insurance brokerage. We have extensive experience in the sector and we strive to proved the best possible cover for our clients.
We view our staff as part of our extended family and we recognise Ross and Richardson is nothing without their hard work.
A successful applicant will have a track record of sales excellence and compliance within the Fca framework. Applicants need to have at least 2 years experience in life insurance advice.
Successful applicants will work on a mix of web generated life insurance enquiries and inbound hotkeys.
The ability to both arrange cover and to retain a clients business are imperative.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
COVID-19 considerations:
Common areas will be regularly sanitised and applicants will be expected to wear masks when not at their desk.
