Lettings Administrator - Grantham

An exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a busy audit team in Grantham.

Tasks involved
  • Managing auditor diaries, including the arranging, booking and confirming of audit visits
  • Liaising with designated staff to book hotel accommodation and pool cars for booked visits
  • Complete and review specified audit preparation work ahead of visits
  • Be responsible for ensuring that follow up matters from audit visits are received and completed within designated time scales
  • Accurate completion of internal process documentation
  • Prepare, complete and send formal audit closure letters
  • Provide support to auditors when needed
  • The opportunity to learn property management
The Suitable Candidate Must Possess The Following Skills
  • Accurate & thorough
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Extremely well organised
  • Able to work alone and unaided, or as part of a Team
  • Pragmatic
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, outlook and be able to navigate internet
  • Prior letting experience would be preferred but is not essential as training will be provided
