Lettings Administrator - GranthamAn exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a busy audit team in Grantham.
Tasks involved
- Managing auditor diaries, including the arranging, booking and confirming of audit visits
- Liaising with designated staff to book hotel accommodation and pool cars for booked visits
- Complete and review specified audit preparation work ahead of visits
- Be responsible for ensuring that follow up matters from audit visits are received and completed within designated time scales
- Accurate completion of internal process documentation
- Prepare, complete and send formal audit closure letters
- Provide support to auditors when needed
- The opportunity to learn property management
- Accurate & thorough
- Excellent attention to detail
- Extremely well organised
- Able to work alone and unaided, or as part of a Team
- Pragmatic
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, outlook and be able to navigate internet
- Prior letting experience would be preferred but is not essential as training will be provided
Full-time
Mon to Thurs 9.00 am to 5.30 pm Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
