We currently have anamazing opportunity for an estate agent with valuing experience, which offer on target earnings in excess of £40,000 in the first year, with a completely uncapped commissions structure!

Based in a busy area covering Bath!

The Role

Working From Home and ’Field Based’ A full training program is offered to the successful candidate, as well as ongoing progressive training and support. Clear and effective support network around you, enabling you to make a success of this opportunity. NO COLD CALLING/DOOR KNOCKING - Hot lead generation provided Control over your own diary along with pre-booked valuations ready for you to go and win. Maintaining positive relationships with existing customers.

You Will

Possess at least 12 month’s experience within estate agency to include: valuing experience and a proven track record within a sales environment. Have their own car and UK driver’s license. Represent the company at their appointments and clearly convey the services offered. Be an ambassador for the Company via all channels (phone, written, social and face to face). Be highly organised to enable you to conduct the appointments set per day and admin work required. Report to and share regular and relevant insight back to your line-manager.
