Due to business growth, we are looking to recruittwo experienced Lettings Negotiators!We are looking for two energetic, enthusiastic,and well-organized individualsto manage a portfolio of properties from their Easington branch.Property Management and ideally lettings experience is essential, although full training will be provided. A competitive bonus structure as well as huge development and growth prospects is available for the right people.The successful candidates will -
  • Have excellent customer service skills.
  • Manage a range of property management tasks.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Enhanced communication skills to ensure engagement across the business.
  • A good understanding of legislation within the industry.
