On behalf of our client, one of the regions leading firms of Solicitors, we are delighted to be recruiting a head of Department position within their Private Client team. This is a fantastic opportunity with the potential for a directorship in the future.

The successfulPrivate Client Solicitor will have at least 6 years’ experience of Private Client work to include: Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Administration matters and Deeds of Gifts. Experience of dealing with Trusts and Court of Protectionwill also be an advantage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of the team and reaching monthly billing target, whilst building on the existing workloads to ensure expansion and growth of the team.They will have a lively personality, and the ability to galvanise their team to achieve results.
