Your Responsibilities The Legal Operations Specialist is responsible for development & maintenance of the technology project funnel, delivering on projects as project manager or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for software / feature implementations, and instrumental to streamlining day-to-day processes through innovation of new practices and data-driven research . Growth opportunities of this role include training and certification in tools within the Danaher Business Systems (DBS), a methodology to do business, project management, software implementation , and more. This position primarily supports SCIEX and Beckman Coulter Lifes Sciences and is part of the Legal Operations team of the Life Sciences Pl atform . The t eam seeks to provide strategic technical, system, and process support for Legal & Compliance Teams to improve overall stakeholder experience with Legal functions and increase legal team productivity and efficiency while reducing/controlling spend. Your Experience In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Create, build, and manage the project funnel to create and maintain legal technology infrastructure Implement new or phased software as internal project manager or supporting role for tools such as Bryter , Conga Contracts , other Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions, and other potential tools Publicize, advocate, and seek buy-in for optimizing efficiencies for existing databases and systems in addition to implementing new ones Support cross-functional business associates to develop, perform, and trystorm User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and pain point use cases and drive toward resolution Serve as touchpoint for day-to-day database management and maintenance Support change management planning and communication for special projects Your Attributes The essential requirements of the job include: BA or BS required 4+ years of project manage ment experience P roject manager of 1 or more in-house Legal s oftware imp le mentation s It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Building within B ryter , a multi-path, triage and workflow tool Legal Operations industry experience SCIEX, a Danaher company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
