Excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer with governance experience to join this growing business.

Our client are looking for a lawyer with company secretarial experience to support their growing team. The role will report to the General Counsel and require candidates to travel to the London office one day per week.

The ideal candidate will be a commercial, corporate or finance lawyer with an appetite for immersion in the emerging asset class of digital assets, an aptitude for problem-solving, and a commitment to a business in a scaling phase. You will work alongside an international group of colleagues from a diverse range of backgrounds and have the opportunity to shape leading-edge products and their delivery.

You will be given responsibility for an ever-changing portfolio of work across all facets of the business, supporting everything from sales activity to product development.

This person will ideally take responsibility for the Company Secretarial tasks including the management of five entities across three jurisdictions, with the potential of additional companies in other jurisdictions as the business expands. You will also help with the overall strategy for the full range of corporate secretarial work.
