Job Title Lecturer: Electrical Installation

Our staff are skilled, high performing and committed to our learners and we now wish to appoint a dynamic Lecturer in Electrical Installation who shares this commitment. Candidates should be “Skilled persons” as stated in BS7671 and have knowledge and experience of the electrotechnical industry, from installing to testing and commissioning of electrical installations.

Candidates should ideally possess a teaching qualification and be able to teach to a level 3 standard or higher. Although those with the relevant industrial experience will be considered as teaching training can be provided within this role. Assessor/Verifier awards would also be desirable.

It is important that candidates can operate flexibly to meet the demands of the Electrical Department which may involve some evening work.
