Y5/6 Teaching Assistant (Part Time)

£415-425 per week or equivelant depending on the experience

The School and Role

This primary school, based in Northallerton are looking to appoint a passionate teaching assistant to work with a Y5/6 class on a part time basis.

This is a friendly and welcoming school with a supportive team of staff. Working in this primary school as part of an established team, the desired teaching assistant will be working in Y5/6 class. This teaching assistant role is long term and potentially permanent.

Experience with KS2 and also good behaviour management experience desired for this role.

Working 2-3 days a week and could be extended depending on the needs of the school

Requirements

The desired Teaching Assistant will have;

  • Experience of working with primary school aged children
  • Experience of working with pupils within KS2
  • A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
  • An ability to work as part of a team
  • Valid photo ID - Driving Licence/Provisional and Valid Passport
