Salary: £22,585 - £23,930 per annum (FTE)

Two contracts - 18.5 and 37 hours per week, over 38 weeks a year

(Starting salaries over 38 weeks for 37 hours, £19,804 and for 18.5 hours, £9,902)

Variable hours contracts are paid at £19.23 per hour

Location: Exeter

We are looking for a number of proactive, caring and professional people to provide 1:1 or small group study skills support to learners with specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia, dyspraxia and autistic spectrum, supporting their literacy, numeracy, organisational skills etc.

You will be working as part of an outstanding cross-college team of Learning Support Specialists, in-class Learning Assistants and SpLD Assessors.

These roles will require you to work closely with tutors and subject lecturers to help leaners succeed on their main programme of study.

This is an exciting, challenging and varied role that will suit an experienced professional who is able to work on their own initiative as well as being a highly proactive team player.
