Exeter College is looking to recruit 2 apprentices for the Faculty of Business and IT, to help in ensuring the effective technical operation and maintenance of the College’s Business and IT Faculty and the IT lab facility. This role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Providing low level technical support for our IT classrooms
  • Maintaining and updating the IT Lab teaching facility
  • Resolving problems to agreed timescales
  • Taking ownership of problems in the Faculty and IT Lab and being proactive when dealing with issues
  • Supporting staff and students in their use of the facilities
  • Developing an ongoing awareness of new and emerging technologies

Apprenticeship placements are an exciting opportunity for anyone wishing to broaden their experience in a work-related environment whilst also learning and gaining a qualification at the same time.
