Salary: Grade 5 (fixed term, in the first instance, due to SEN funding)
Working Pattern: Term Time Only
Working Hours: 8.25 - 3.05pm, 30 hours 50 minutes, Monday to Friday

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our experienced and dedicated Inclusion team who can offer in-house training related to the role. The right candidate will relate well to children, the staff team and build effective relationships with parents. Under the direction of the inclusion team and class teachers, this person will use their skills to support our children to take the next steps in their learning. We would also welcome applications from those looking to advance into a career in education, or those who may be considering teacher training in the future.

The Rose Learning Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, and applicants will undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers. The role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS certificate, the role is engaged in regulated activity and will therefore require a children’s barred list check.
