This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) as Learning Environment Quality Coordinator

which provides a great opportunity to join the Quality, Patient Safety, Commissioining department.

The main functions for this role will include:
  • Providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders on quality assurance and monitoring within defined geographic footprint;
  • Coordinating and facilitating risk-based and good practice quality visits to placement providers within defined geographic footprint;
  • Being the multi-professional subject matter expert for quality monitoring activity and action reporting within defined geographic footprint;
  • Contributing toward the continuous development and improvement of quality monitoring activity processes and reporting;
  • Undertaking project-based work in line with team and departmental workstreams and objectives;
  • Attending and participating in quality governance meetings as appropriate alongside clinical colleagues;
  • Line management and/or supervision of junior colleagues.
You will be joining the enthusiastic and collaborative Quality, Reviews and Intelligence (QRI) sub-team within the Quality and Patient Safety and Commissioning (QPSC) department at HEE (London). The department is responsible for ensuring that regulatory requirements of all the professional regulators are met and exceeded. QRI is responsible for ensuring that patient safety and quality are priorities for all education and training placement providers across London.
