APPLICANTS MUST LIVE IN THE UK.LIFE by Be Caring is looking to recruit experienced Support Workers to join our team in the Gosforth, Kenton and Kingston Park (NE3) area of Newcastle upon Tyne. As a Support Worker, you will be part of an integral team providing tailored person-centred care to our tenants which is both meaningful and wellbeing focused.Pay: £10.00 - £10.30 p/hr
  • £10.00 p/hr - Generalist Care Needs
  • £10.30 p/hr - Complex Care Needs
  • Mileage - 40p per mile & 15p per mile for cyclists
  • Bonus schemes*: up to £450 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £250 annual bonus. £25 birthday gift voucher
Working Hours and Shift Patterns

  • Weekend working - undertaken on a rota basis

Training
  • Paid induction training: classroom-based, includes shadowing and additional online modules.
  • Additional learning disabilities, autism and mental health training: provided to all new recruits - equipping you to meet the needs of our customers and enabling you to provide tailored, personalised support. Training delivered by our amazing specialist trainer Suzanne.
  • Training development: funded Level 2 and other accredited courses.
