Do you enjoy designing and delivering technical, systems and behavioural skills learning as well as curating content to support self-managed learning? As the Learning and Development Trainer, you’ll design, deliver, and evaluate learning that meets business objectives, adding to the excellent learning culture that this business represents!

Please note, this role will be required to travel between Kent and London to deliver training when required. Travel expenses will be covered.

As a Learning and Development Trainer, you will:

  • Identify, design, create and deliver learning initiatives, including IT systems and interventions to support culture, raise performance, and employee engagement and development etc.
  • Actively evaluate training activities and their impact on performance, taking feedback and seeking areas to improve.
  • Provide advice and guidance on all aspects of learning and development.
  • Review and update learning interventions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to scope learning interventions to meet key objectives.
  • Identify and contract with external training providers, when required.
  • Actively update the learning management system.
  • Support and assist on any ongoing specialist projects.
  • Maintain professional knowledge.
  • Undertake personal development, maintaining professional knowledge and understanding of current best practice and changes in learning methodology.
