This is an excellent opportunity for an innovative and passionate Learning and Development manager to join our team. Based in our regional office in London the Learning & Development Manager is responsible for implementing and developing the overall Learning & Development Strategy of PPHE Hotel Group.

Our L&D manager will:

  • Guide and support our team members and leaders through a variety of interventions, creating a learning culture
  • Lead and manage the Government Apprenticeship levy and Apprenticeship Academies to grow our future talent pipeline internally and externally
  • Provide our PPHE Hotel Group team members with the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to create valuable memories for our guests.
  • Create & deliver all training material to support changes within the business, ensuring these are aligned with PPHE’S objectives and strategy
  • Support the development of all our employees through learning and internal progression
  • share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care.
  • Previous experience as a Learning and development manager in hotels is highly desirable
