By organising expert interviews and surveys, we unlock unique knowledge and provide our clients with insights that impact their business decisions - for example, understanding how emerging technologies will evolve or which new treatments will revolutionise the healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing learning programs and producing engaging learning content
  • Delivering training to various teams across the business and working with stakeholders to coordinate and organise training sessions
  • Taking on feedback based on training and learning sessions given and enhancing learning resources informed by suggestions contributed by different stakeholders within the business
  • Performing analysis to continually update training in line with new business updates and new technology
  • Assessing the learning resources available and, where applicable, developing training methods by utilising the support of external stakeholders
  • Tailoring training plans for employees with specific learning and training needs
  • Working with the broader People team and business stakeholders on delivering career development projects such as career reviews, offering learning support for performance needs, upward feedback, etc.
  • Managing and maintaining external training and learning tools, including but not limited to LinkedIn learning and in the future a new LMS
  • Offering support to the Global L&D Manager on ad hoc tasks



Profiles we areseeking:

  • 2.5+ years of work experience in a learning and development role
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills accompanied by an excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
  • This position is for a detail-oriented and highly organised individual who can work independently.
  • Ability to create highly informative and engaging content with clearly defined learning objectives and outcomes.
  • Good attention to detail and an ability to understand data coupled with the ability to present complex information in easy-to-understand forms as well as explaining more advanced ideas concisely and effectively.
  • Comfortable dealing with all members of the business, junior through to c-suite, as well as an ability to work with external stakeholders.
  • An analytical and adaptable approach to tasks
  • Highly desirable: experience of having rolled out and implemented an LMS
  • Highly desirable: experience of using or training through Workday
