Job Description


As an integral member of the UK HR team, the role of Learning & Development Advisor works in conjunction with the Early Careers Development Advisor to manage and co-ordinate our UK wide learning and development provision for approximately 2,500 employees.

The role:

Talent management:

  • Lead on talent management working closely with divisional leads.
  • Produce a customised training needs analysis, skills matrix and gap assessment, by division, working closely with the Directors.
  • Coordinate the programme of activities aligning with the annual training calendar.

Technical Training academy:

  • Manage the further development of the TTA, which includes working closely with subject matter experts to design, review and launch e-learning and classroom content

Administration:

  • Superuser for learning management system and employee engagement platform.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and attendance monitoring of key training programmes.
  • Manage UK L&D invoices.

Projects:

  • This role will work closely with the L&D Manager to tailor global initiatives to meet the needs of the UK business and project manage UK rollouts, e.g. new leadership development programme.
