The L&D Coordinator is a global role that leads the learning and development systems and provides support in the successful execution of programs and initiatives. In this role you will have the ability to improve, impact and drive a One Cision culture, enable employees to perform at their best and ensure successful delivery of Cision’s current and future business objectives.

Responsibilities:

    • Owns the global Learning Management System to administer all L&D activities including user maintenance, training support, end to end course ownership, facilitator coordination, reporting, portal design.
    • Manages the Compliance training requirements across the organization in collaboration with business owners to launch, monitor and report on completion.
    • Creates content for various types of training and communications related to L&D processes and topics as requested e.g. participant materials, videos, practical exercises, guides, e-learning.
    • Maintains Third Party Provider relationshipsin partnership with L&D team members.
    • Supports the broader Talent Management team with a variety of ad hoc performance management, talent management-related projects, new starter onboarding and/or initiatives or requests to support business growth and talent objectives.
    • Promotes learning activities and programs across key internal channels (Teams, Slack, Intranet, email).
    • Resolves support requests regarding L&D systems, online course assignments and general training queries.

Skills Required:

    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and clear business writing communications skills.
    • Must be tech-savvy, as the role requires in-depth LMS knowledge and the ability to determine the best processes to meet the business need.
    • Has a high degree of initiative and drive with the ability to stay focused under pressure.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to multi-task, demonstrate proactivenessand maintain a high degree of accuracy whilst prioritizing tasks.
    • Build solid relationships and operate effectively as a member of global HR team.
