Join Seetec as a Learner Experience Administrator to support our skills delivery team including tutors, learners and managers across the region. You will act as the main point of contact for trainees and employers during periods of work experience placement; ensuring review meetings are scheduled and timesheets collated
Our successful candidate will be a highly organised individual with knowledge and experience of portfolio-based teaching and learning processes, and a PTLLS qualification as a minimum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for contacting and tracking learners who complete skills provision, to ascertain current situation and support successful transition into progression outcomes
  • Coordinate ordering of training materials, stationery and maintain petty cash across sites raise purchase order invoices to cover exam fees and room hire
  • Maintaining and updating learner records through caseload management software
  • Maintaining and checking learner files against audit and compliance measures and work closely with Tutors/Skills Delivery Manager to resolve areas of concern
  • Deliver pre course selection and induction days to learners including providing advice and guidance
  • Work across multi-locations to support the team; completing exam invigilation duties and ad hoc delivery of programmes as required
  • Be involved with the design, delivery, evaluation and promotion of Seetec’s Skills provision
  • Gain learner feedback, through various methods, both whilst the learner is on programme and upon completion of the programme

Skills and Experience

  • Experience of funding compliance paperwork and data
  • Experience in teaching and learning
  • Minimum PTLLS qualification
  • Proven experience of working with hard-to-reach learners
  • Experience of initial and diagnostic assessment tools
  • Experience of delivery in the classroom and the workplace to young learners and adults
  • L2 Functional Skills English and Maths
  • Knowledge and experience of portfolio-based teaching and learning processes
Desirable
  • L3 above teaching qualification
  • IAG qualification L2
  • Experience of working with learners with learning difficulties.
  • IT qualifications to L2 and above

Hours: 37 hours a week (Full Time) Monday to Thursday, 08.30am to 5.00pm, Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
