If so, then we have an exciting new role at Utilita as a Leadership Development Partner.

Our leadership development programme started four years ago, covers five leadership tiers and is constantly evolving.

Your insight and experience will help to deliver our leadership and cultural strategy.

What does this role involve?

You will partner with stakeholders across the group companies, identifying development opportunities to help drive the businesses strategic goals.

Day to day, you will;

• drive the delivery of the overall leadership strategy by creating innovative solutions;
• continuously improve outcomes by making recommendations and implementing enhancements;
• lead, coach and mentor L&D Advisors to support their development and the delivery of programmes;
• collaborate with leaders to ensure transfer of learning is considered in the design and achieved in practice;
• continuously research current and future approaches to leadership development and behavioural change science;
• collaborate with HR Business Partners;
• own and drive the apprenticeship strategy.

Who are we looking for?

As an experienced Leadership Development professional, you will have exceptional communication and facilitation skills, be resilient and adaptable to change with strong business acumen.

You will have the ability to navigate through ambiguity and turn a complex brief into a concrete plan.

Your strong leadership skills and hands-on approach will enable you to lead and inspire from the front.

You will have demonstrable experience in creating effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will have experience coaching and supporting leaders, across multiple levels, and drives behavioural change.

Accreditations in coaching, leadership and Insights is advantageous.
