Lead Service Designer - Inside IR35

Contract Term: 12 Months

Contracting Authority: The Home Office

Location: London or Bristol (2-3 days per week in office)

Description

To work in creating and delivering the Service Operation Model for Live Services. The Operating model for ESN is an essential element of service acceptance and the lack of an agreed enduring model remains a programme risk. Work on this is about to commence and requires service designer to support this work from the outset.

Key Deliverables

  • Work in creating the Service Operation Model for Live Services.
  • To Lead the delivery of Service / Future Operating model.
  • Supporting several workstreams in programme delivery - Air to Ground, Control Rooms and Devices.
  • Capturing requirements which includes services for Procurement and Delivery of Products that are fit for the future operation.

Skills/Knowledge required:

  • Service Integration and Management (SIAM)
  • Service Architecture
  • Service Design
  • ITIL (Specialist Knowledge)
  • Project Management
