You will take responsibility for supervising a high performing, multi-disciplinary team and also delivering attraction and recruiting activities in a defined area. You will provide exceptional customer focus and a positive attitude to professionally overcoming challenges. In addition to requiring a high standard of verbal and written communication skills the role involves motivating team members whose performance is measured against a number of targets.

What you’ll be doing:


  • Interviewing candidates and working consultatively to support them throughout their bespoke recruitment journey, providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Attending and leading attraction events to raise candidate awareness of Army careers
  • Leading a successful recruitment team within a targeted environment
  • Assessing, interpreting and reporting data
  • Managing relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Using the latest social media tools to attract and engage with candidates and having an awareness of current market trends

What we’re looking for:


  • Must have proven leadership experience
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Target focussed and process driven
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Must have a full drivers licence due to travel required to events
  • Good time management
