Salary: £38350 - £49690 (Non London) & £45,050 - £58,760 (London)

We’re looking someone who is passionate about Change Project Management.

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join the TSB Change Team as a Lead Project Manager, initially working on our CHAPS and International Payments projects, including the RTGS Renewal programme and ISO20022 SWIFT migration. We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of CHAPS and International Payments processing within Financial Services and any knowledge of working on ISO20022 messaging standards is desirable.

The Lead Project Manager will control the delivery of projects or workstreams ensuring delivery to agreed business plans within cost, quality and timescale, ensuring that the benefits identified in the business case are realised. An awareness of TSB agile principles would be desirable as collaboration with partners to continually improve agile activities is required.

What we need today

Ideally, you’ll currently have these skills and experience:
Demonstrate TSB behaviours whilst carrying out all aspects of role.

Manage self and team to ensure adherence to TSB risk and compliance policies and relevant external regulatory frameworks.

Contribute to the development and achievement of business plans and strategic goals

Manage the execution of a portfolio of change projects either TSB led or Mandatory / Regulatory change

Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders to influence direction of projects to meet the project deliverables.

Use project methodologies to control, manage and monitor project timescales and budgets, escalating to overcome delays, difficulties or cost variances.

Ability to complete status reports for Leadership team / Stakeholders

Develop an internal network to influence and support the delivery of projects.

An awareness of TSB agile principles.
