We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, commercials and supplier management. There’s never been a more exciting time to join our Supplier Management team. The Supplier Manager is integral to building successful partnerships with our IT suppliers, directly enabling TSB’s exciting business growth and transformation agenda.

The Supplier Relationship Management team is responsible for managing commercials, contracts and regulatory requirements, collaborating across TSB to maximise value opportunities. The Supplier Manager will be expected to dive straight into a fast-paced environment, managing a portfolio of key suppliers across the IT landscape. The key to success in this role is the ability to build and maintain strong relationships and balance multiple priorities across multiple stakeholders.

What we need today

We’d love our Supplier Managers to have these skills and experience: (up to 6 bullets)

Professional Certification preferred (e.g. International Association for Contract and Commercial Management)

Experience building and maintaining complex IT supplier relationships

Experience working with BPO Suppliers / IT Service Providers

Negotiation skills, demonstrates the ability to successfully manage the contract lifecycle and improving the value of the contract

Experience managing a team of supplier managers

Strong communication skills with an ability to influence IT stakeholders in the commercial decision-making process

Understanding of the regulatory landscape that we operate in preferred but not essential
