What does the role involve?

Working as part of the business change team, you’ll be accountable for planning, directing, and managing change projects within our Vehicle Solutions division. Your work will be varied, with a wide range of projects in decarbonisation and digitisation . If you’re looking for a project management role with substance and purpose, this role could be it.

Some Of Your Key Duties Will Include
  • Managing the planning, management, and reporting tasks for projects in your portfolio
  • Supporting the business in identifying and prioritising business change projects
  • Delivering effective communication to all interested parties including stakeholders and Senior Leaders
  • Identifying and developing improvements within portfolio teams, ensuring processes and procedures are well documented
What are we looking for?

You’re a well-rounded project manager with a track record of delivering successful change projects. The content of projects you work on matters to you, and you’re at your best when you can feel passionate about the change you’re delivering.

  • Comfortable working in a diverse business with diverse stakeholders
  • Good understanding of project management methodology
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities
  • People leadership skills
