JOB SUMMARY Manage and co-ordinate support for the Pharmacy element in clinical trials activity at the Trust for studiesinvolving medicines in accordance with current legislation and local SOPs. Design and deliver training within the Dispensary (and stores) and oversee the NVQ level 2 training for PharmacySupport Staff and NVQ level 3 training and apprenticeships. Provide a ward-based Pharmacy Technician service to designated wards and pre-op assessment includingmedicines reconciliation, reviewing inpatient prescriptions, and ordering ward stock.

Participate in the dispensary rota and provide cover during busy times where appropriate.
