Lead Generator (Warm Calls)

£22,000 basic, £35,000 OTE

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Lead Generator to join an exciting and established telecommunications business based in Salford Quays.

Lead Generator Job Description

As a Lead Generator, you will play in important part in winning new business. You will be given leads and will be expected to call through these leads in order to generate interest in the products.

As our client works with SME’s, you will be speaking with small business owners on a daily basis.

You will work as part of a team to hit set KPI’s, with ongoing training and support provided from our client.

This role offers excellent progression opportunities and an impressive commission structure (with uncappedbonuses that are paid out when you are 70% to target)

All new starters are provided with comprehensive training to ensure you are fully up to speed with our client’s products and services! They will equip you with the information and skills you’ll need to succeed at the job and earn the commission you desire.

Our client offers uncapped commission and current agents regularly exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities of our Lead Generator:

  • Outbound calling to generate new business leads
  • Passing leads over to the sales team in order for them to close the leads
  • Providing real value to the UK consumer by offering a free help service
  • Ensuring quality and compliance standards are met
  • Meeting and exceeding operational sales targets consistently
  • Demonstrating and enforcing company standards and brand values
  • Becoming part of our family, joining in on team bonding activities and helping new sales executives fit in

To be considered for our Lead Generator role you will:

  • Have a minimum 1 years’ sales experience (ideally in a contact centre environment)
  • Showcase a willingness to learn.
  • Be committed, professional, reliable, target driven and ambitious.
  • Have confidence in verbal and written communication skills (fluent English).
  • Have good math skills and be IT literate.
  • Have a can-do attitude and the desire to deliver a quality service to customers.
  • Understand the importance of compliance in the telesales environment.
  • Be enthusiastic about sales and a team player.
  • B2B sales experience is desirable but not essential

Salary: £22,000 basic DOE per year + bonus + benefits
