Lead Directory Engineer

Edinburgh

Change digital are partnered with a leading financial services organisation. They are looking for an experienced Directory Engineer to support the technical delivery of the software engineering team.

Skills

Experience of test-driven development and the use of automated test frameworks, mocking, stubbing and unit testing tools, along with knowledge of the key phases of the software delivery lifecycle and established software development methodologies.

You’ll also need:

  • PingDirectory, and Active Directory
  • Identity and access management experience.
  • Basic Unix
  • DevOps experience

What you’ll do

The successful candidate will support a team of developers and plan the technical direction of the deliveries, applying the principles and methodologies of software engineering to the technical design, development, testing, and maintenance of applications and services.

You will be responsible for making sure that technical standards are met for all services output, as well as implementing a culture of concise and comprehensive technical documentation as a continuous process.
