The Role

InterQuest Group is in partnership with an exciting well-known retail company looking for a Lead Business Analyst who has relevant experience in a process orientated role with Supply Chain experience to work on one of their projects called ’How Business Teams Work’.

Requirements
  • Gathering requirements from stakeholders to inform design meet business needs
  • Building relationships with various stakeholders to influence design and solution outcomes
  • Developing and manipulating data collections from core systems to ensure accuracy
  • Presenting data and business analysis findings to stakeholders using easily consumed visuals, dashboards, and charts
  • Working with business teams and other departments to find the best way to design new processes and solve process-related issues
  • Setting BA Standards and practices across the programme of work, controlling quality of input and output of offshore and onsite BA’s
  • Running daily standups with all BA’s to stay close to day to day workshops and activities
